One of our direct client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the IT Project Team for the IT Windows 7 Upgrade project to do the following:
(1) Tasks include planning activities and scheduling meetings;
(2) organize all aspects of work flow (emails, meetings, etc.);
(3) work closely with outside vendors;
(4) communicate and update team and business liaisons via written correspondence;
(5) work with various levels of personnel (executives, admins);
(6) produce, proof and revise reports and presentations accurately with attention to detail; (7) forecasting;
(8) crisis management;
(9) database maintenance;
(10) creatively accomplish challenging tasks;
(11) provide general support of multiple projects. In addition,
Candidates MUST HAVE excellent oral and written communication skills, must be highly organized with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities with flexibility and a positive attitude and be customer-oriented. Previous experience in a high-paced environment with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency would be great. The ideal candidate would be a strong, technical, independent, results-oriented self-starter. Experience with Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint 2010, email, calendaring is a must. Candidates need to have at least 3 -5 experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
