We are seeking a Program Manager Enterprise Excellence/Corporate Integration with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth oriented environment to join our team. What you will do Work with VP Integrations and Enterprise excellence to develop and maintain a centralized process for enterprise excellence and M&A integration oversight. Facilitate enterprise excellence through identification, assessment and prioritization of process improvement opportunities using various tools and methodologies including Lean Six Sigma. Lead cross-functional process improvement projects, from definition to control and benefit realization. Quickly understand existing data on a wide variety of business processes. Drive cross-functional accountability from assessment (including data and root cause analysis) and initiation through end state and go forward measurement. Support Corporate M&A Integration by gaining a clear understanding of the respective transaction value proposition and integration strategy and educate & communicate the integration team. Determine the most appropriate tools to analyze a given data set, determine potential problems with datasets, determine what additional data may be needed to characterize and analyze a process, facilitate/advise on root cause analyses and solution prioritization. Identify and create pathways to meaningful, statistically sound conclusions from incomplete or sub-optimal data. Identify and facilitate process performance measurement systems, including baselines and control limits for processes. Provide support for functional initiatives, for example manufacturing operational excellence in initiatives focused on customer satisfaction and service excellence. Coach and support process improvement project leaders and others on appropriate Lean Six Sigma methods and tools What you will need 8-10 years business experience (preferred in commercial, operations, supply chain), at least six of which is in process improvement leadership. Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification. Project Management certification preferred. Proven success in end-to-end project leadership with lean principals and concrete measurable success criteria. Highly collaborative, team player with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Meeting facilitation skills and experience. Ability to maneuver through ambiguous situations and incomplete data sets. Action oriented, and able to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a matrix environment, influence and drive accountability. Quickly builds relationships and credibility across functions and business. Expertise with Microsoft suite (Excel, PPT excellence required). BA or BS required, or equivalent experience. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
