Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor (manufacturing experience is preferred) who will be responsible for leading the Customer Service team.
The Supervisor will provide coaching and feedback, is responsible for the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team, identifying and resolving issues, and partnering with the leadership team to ensure overall objectives are being met.
Main
Responsibilities:
Lead the team of 7-10 Customer Service Representatives Responsible for all necessary onboarding and training of all new CSR Create a positive work environment that fosters strong employee performance and satisfaction by providing regular feedback, coaching, mentoring, and motivation as well as employee development.
Participate in the performance management cycle establishing goals, providing performance feedback & collaborating on professional development goals.
Promote teamwork and encourage trust and relationship building with other departments.
Reviewing communications with customers (phone, chat, email) to ensure we are providing a positive customer experience.
Monitor and report on key metrics, while identifying opportunities and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales, Production Plants, and other areas of the business that impact the customer experience.
Education:
Associate's degree preferred.
Knowledge &
Experience:
Manufacturing industry preferred3
years supervisory experience requiredOracle Cloud or JDE experience preferredAbility to learn new programs & systems requiredExcellent communication skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasksStrong organizational skills with attention to detail.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
