The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11am-6pm, and Tuesday and Thursday, from 8:
30am-5:
30pm (could do 4 long day with Friday off if a nanny preferred that schedule), with 40 guaranteed hours weekly.
The family would love to find a nanny who can commit for 2
years.
A great fit for this role is a collaborative partner in raising the children; someone supportive, communicative, confident, easy going, warm, personable, and loving.
A nanny who is invested in the children's lives, their development, and their overall wellbeing, who proactively and creatively plans activities that keep the children engaged and happy throughout the day, while also promoting their social, emotional, and physical development would be an ideal match.
The family is walkable to a park and playground, and they also have outdoor space, so a nanny who enjoys getting the children outside would be great.
The family does not currently have any pets but may consider getting a cat.
Both parents work from home in dedicated offices.
Compensation:
$32+/hour with optional healthcare stipend, paid vacation, paid holidays, and paid sick time.
All pay on the books through payroll.
