Creating an engaged, fun, professional and caring environment will ensure the success of the team.
Team oriented, passionate about customer service and compassionate.
Strong Telecommunication skills Minimum of 2 years' experience required.
Spa experience a plus.
Must be patient, kind and have attention to detail.
Knowledgeable of various med spa services, products, and skin care best practices.
Availability for morning, evening and/or weekends as needed Must have Saturday availability
Responsibilities:
Understands Product/Service knowledge Open and/or closing responsibilities.
Maintain ongoing communication with all guests.
Follow all transaction protocols.
Attend professional development training/learning sessions.
