Our client, a direct marketing agency in Westwood, MA, combines best practices with what social scientists and behavioral economists tell us about human behavior - about how people make decisions. The result is cross-channel direct response programs that motivate people to act - which, in turn, lead them to a better return on each marketing dollar.
They are seeking an Account Executive with several years of direct marketing agency experience. They are open to perm, contract, or temp to perm.
The Account Executive providse day-to-day contact with clients on all project deliverables. The position requires an entrepreneurial mindset given the dynamic environment of the Agency. The chosen candidate will assist in the management of client/prospect relationships against both project and relationship objectives, standards and requirements. In other cases the Account Executive will be the primary client contact and will be required to assess needs and facilitate the development and execution of agreed upon deliverables tied to individual programs and campaigns. An Account Executive will also be the primary facilitator for various internal departments' participation in a given client's program or campaign.

An Account Executive must be proactive in terms of:
Daily contact with client on all project deliverables
Client advocate
Responsible for comprehensive client estimates & schedules
Management of creative development
Aquistion, development and coordination of relationships with clients as well as outside vendors and internal resources, often acting as primary POC
Continual contact with Agency team to ensure project runs as smoothly as possible throughout process
Approval of any QC measures - i.e., tab reports, merge/purge reports, insertion samples
Fiscally responsible, ensuring project remains within approved budget and billing is completed in a timely manner
Research (i.e., competitive research, industry trends, etc.)
Problem-solving: manage any and all issues that may arise throughout the project and recommend solutions
Maintain a positive attitude towards clients and internal team-members

Desired Skills and Experience
Approximately 4+ years' experience in a direct marketing agency environment
Bachelor's Degree+
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
Success in developing and nurturing client and internal team relationships
Solid knowledge and experience in managing direct marketing programs; including strategy development, creative, production, and results analysis
Solid analytical abilities; both quantitative and qualitative
Experience in competitive and industry research

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
