NStar is in need of a Labor Relations Admin Coordinator to do the following: (1) Input/update Grievance Tracking system. (2) Fuduciary responsibilities for up to $1m (Union Officials salaries, etc.). (3) Develop/maintain accurate electronic and paper files. (4) Correspond with Union officials related to grievances and arbitrations. (5) Maintain seniority rosters to ensure all information pertaining to represented employees is accurate, complete and can support the execution of collective bargaining agreements. (6) Handles all union requests for information. (7) Receives, reviews and categorizes all grievances submitted to Labor Relations and provides an initial assessment as to their validity. (8) Conducts initial research and information gathering for each step of the grievances process and performs all related administrative duties. Candidates MUST HAVE the following Experience/Skills to be considered: (1) Exceptional organizational skills. (2) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. (3) Excellent written communication skills. (4) Ability to multi-task yet focus on the task at hand. (5) Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. (6) Proficient in Word and Excel. (7) Ability to work independently. (8) Ability to visualize the needs of the Labor Relations Consultants (forward thinking).

Bachelor?s degree
3-5 years relevant experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
