OfficeTeam is looking for a strong part time Administrative Assistant to join one of our top clients in the Westwood/Norwood area. The Administrative Assistant will be the back up for the front desk receptionist, responsible for handling all mailings in the office as well as any other clerical and administrative duties such as scheduling, filing and fax. This position offers between 25-30 hours on a weekly basis.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
