The selected candidate will work as a member of the Information Technology (IT) Program Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for assisting Project Managers in the execution of multiple projects. The Project Coordinator will assist on multiple IT Operations projects. The Project Coordinator will work under the direction of the Project Manager and will
Assemble and publish weekly reports.
Manage project documentation and approvals.
Draft project communications and presentations.
Schedule project meetings.
Prepare and distribute team meeting minutes.
Update project schedule.
Maintain Risks, Actions, Issues and Decision logs.
Candidate must have previous experience with multiple engagements as a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be familiar with project management concepts. The candidate must have demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator and be able to cite practical examples of this including example deliverables. Candidate must have experience with the MS project scheduling tools. The successful candidate must be a high energy, detail oriented individual who will demonstrate: high caliber communication, people skills; and strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to collaborate and coordinate activities with diverse work groups, including vendors, suppliers and technical staff; a strong process orientation including producing high quality documentation artifacts; and a sound working understanding of IT concepts and the IT design & delivery life cycle.
The following is preferred / a plus to have, but not required:
(1) Experience with IT Supplier onshore/offshore model a plus.
(2) Project Management experience is a plus.
(3) Experience with EMS/DMS system replacement.
(4) PMI (Project Management Institute) certification as a PMP (Project Management Professional).

Gas SCADA consolidation of a Siemens system into ClearSCADA.
2 ESM systems upgrade Alstom Grid e-terraplatform.
EEMS/DMS system replacement Gen4 to Alstom Grid e-terraplatform.
