HRIS Analyst

Job Description Summary:
Provides outstanding service to HR customers\.Processes HR transactions with quality, timeliness and efficiency; troubleshoots and problem solves while encouraging self\-service\.Accountable for working with HRIS to develop reports and analytics that meet business and functional needs\.Responsibilities include project\-based work with the COE\.
+ Liaison between HRIS and shared services for technology process knowledge sharing and Tier I technology support
+ Gather business requirements and develop functional specifications for reports and/or configuration requests
+ Collaborates with HRIS team regarding application upgrades, functional changes, training and streamlining of operational processes
+ Assists in data analytics and creates and analyzes complex reports
+ Liaison between HRIS and shared services for Open Enrollment and other emerging and ongoing data driven projects
+ Day to day activities related to the configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of HR system
+ Supports managers, employees, and HR staff in the execution and consistent application of core HR processes and activities; provides solutions; coaches and counsels
+ Supports data collection for rate case work across the company
+ Provides accurate, consistent and timely responses to HR process, system and data requests
+ Maintains data integrity and SOX compliance by conducting periodic audits
+ Makes recommendations for improved/streamlined procedures, seeking to improve efficiency
+ Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for resolving new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value
+ Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
+ Performs various tasks as assigned, which includes project\-based work for the COE as well as assigned line\(s\) of business
Qualifications
_Technical Knowledge/Skills:_ Knowledge of HR basics\. Adept at technology\. Superior customer service skills\. Excellent communication and analytical skills\. Strong attention to detail, organized, problem solving, troubleshooting and follow\-up skills\. Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks, changing priorities and work independently\. Knowledge of Workday and HR Portal software desired\.
_E_ _ducation:_ Requires a Bachelor?s Degree\. HR certification preferred\.
_Experience:_ Minimum of three \(3\) years of HR experience\. Demonstrated skill in providing superior service to customers including but not limited to HR colleagues, active employees, retirees, etc\. Demonstrated skill in developing solutions, teamwork and embracing technology\.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
