Energy Efficiency Consultant- Residential

Job Description Summary:

Serve as a point person for residential energy efficiency programs in regards to the monitoring and managing of fiscal obligations. Responsible for aspects of implementation, vendor management and financial and statistical record keeping with an emphasis on invoice processing.

Develops program designs with Residential Energy Efficiency Consultants and Monitoring & Evaluation.
Assist with creating budgets, invoice processing and implementation plans under which to operate residential programs.
Primary vendor billing contact for specific residential energy efficiency programs.
Tracks financial aspects of programs, invoice payments and operational performance.

Technical Knowledge/Skill: Requires financial and data analytics skills with the ability to use Microsoft PC desktop applications (specifically- strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Access).
Knowledge of residential and commercial/industrial building systems and industrial processes. Knowledge of marketing principles, market research and data analytics techniques. Education: Requires a Bachelor s Degree in Business, Engineering, related discipline or equivalent experience. Master s Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years managing complex projects of a high volume (residential) or technical (commercial/industrial)nature. Customer service experience and/or aptitude.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
