Release and QA Tools Engineer

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, we are seeking an energetic professional to join our existing talented team of professionals who work to enhance and automate the Development and Quality Assurance process for our flagship products. This is a key role in the Engineering Services group, who are responsible for Quality, Release and Support for the entire Telestream IQ Solutions product line. To accomplish our goals, we don't cut corners with our customers, nor do we ever with our employees. Responsibilities: Drive improvements to development process with unit and integration testing tools Create and improve product installation packages Work with development and QA teams to manage and improve the software release process Identify and implement new technologies to enhance effectiveness of Development and QA teams Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience 3+ years of programming experience developing build, install, testing and automation tools Creation and testing of Product Release deliverables (ISOs, rpms) Experience with build tools and environments including: Jira, Git, Jenkins, ant, Selenium, Postman Experience with scripting and/or programming with languages like Java, bash, Python Experience with OS and packaging tools for Linux Desire to automate Release and QA process Must have the legal right to work in the United States Desired Skills: Understanding and experience with Continuous Integration tools and best practices is a plus A team player with ability to be flexible and function in a multi-tasking/customer driven environment Working knowledge of Agile software development methodology, and experience as a scrum team member

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
