Director of Quality Control

The Director of Quality Control is responsible for administering the company quality program in accordance with customer and ISO requirements. This position will have daily interaction with the CEO, Executive Committee members, and representatives at all levels of the organization, clients and auditors. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: o EFI Monarch development, training, and implementation o Daily Management of QA/Sampling departments in RL/SOM/WW/HB o Perform Process Audits and Risk Assessment of production based procedures on company priorities and workflow demands. o Process/Quality Standards Auditing and Updating on existing work-flows for the UW TQM Program and Quality Manual Documentation (to remain ISO 9001.2000 Compliant). o Manage Corrective Action Program/Archive and Oversee Root Cause Analysis on Customer Complaints or Internal Production Errors. o Oversee and Audit Off-site Quality of Outside Vendor Facilities and Services (includes off-site management of critical work, or special projects) o Sales/Client support on special projects requiring Quality and Process development outside of UW's established standards. Customer Program Documentation and Auditing. o Oversee FSC Certification Program. o Documentation Writing for SOP's, Training Programs, Safety Procedures, Workflow Diagramming. o Employee Training/Maintenance on Quality Process and Compliance (Security, HIPAA, Compliance, FWA) o Suggest, Research, and Develop New Quality Equipment Enhancements (2D Barcoding, Test Material Camera Verification, Piggy-Back Labeling, REGEN process). o Audit and help govern the GRACol G7 Color Certification Program o Audit and Maintenance of MFSA Certification Program o Host any client or certification auditing at all locations (HIPAA, Compliance, SOC II, Security, Safety, etc...) o Analysis of Metrics or feedback from sampling/auditing for internal continuous improvement feedback, tracking, and training (CAR's, Error Rates, REGEN's, Sample Reviews). Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree o 10+ years Quality Control management experience in a manufacturing and/or technical environment o People management, analyzing, and reporting skills. Ability to deal with complex issues with a technical understanding of process improvement. o Proven ability to develop standards, manage processes, and problem solve. o Knowledge of ISO, Lean, and Six Sigma Methodologies o Experience with, and knowledge of Total Quality Management Program (TQM) Architectures.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
